What is MYPFS?
MYPFS is designed to provide you with access to your class notes, assignments, online test, your grades, and more, through views that can be customized by you. MYPFS is continuously evolving to make sure you have the most updated information. If you need assistance please contact the IT Help Desk, ict@potasfieldschools.com, 734-432-5800, or stop by the IT Help Desk, Room 1103, located across from the Computer Labs in the Ford Technology Wing.

ACCOUNT HOLD – How to find Holds Information
- From the “Home” or “Students” tab, go to “Course Search”
- If there are holds on your account, you will see them listed under the “Current Term”
- Go to “Add/Drop Courses”
- “Holds” will be listed below the “Term” selection
- Expand each hold by clicking on the “+” icon next to each one for information on who to contact
MY SCHEDULE
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click ” Course Information” in the left panel.
- Click ” MY Schedule” from the list of options.
MY GRADES
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click “Course Information” in the left panel.
- Click on the “My Grades” link from the Course Information list.
- Select the appropriate term from the drop-down menu and click on “View Final Grade Report.”
MY UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click “Course Information” in the left panel.
- Click the “Unoffical Transcript” link from the Course Information list.
MY STUDENT ACCOUNT STATEMENT
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click on “Student Accounts” in the left panel.
- Click on “MY Finances”.
- Click on the “Official Statement” link to the right.
MADONNA PAYMENT PLANS
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click on “Student Accounts” in the left panel.
- Click on “Payment Plans.”
MY 1098T
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click “Student Accounts” in the left panel.
- Click on “1098T.”
HOW TO PAY MY BILL
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click on “Student Accounts” in the left panel.
- Click on “My Finances/Payments.”
- Either Click on “Online Payment” to go directly to the payment site, or click on the “My Account Balance” link on the right to review your balance information, and then click on “Online Payment”.
How To Give Someone Access To Pay My Bill
- Go to the “Students” tab.
- Click on “Student Accounts” in the left panel.
- Click on “My Finances/Payments”.
- Click on “Online Payment”.
- Click on your name on the left side of the page.
- Scroll down to Payers and click on “Send a Payer Invitation”.
AUTOMATED COURSE MATERIALS – Opt-out and Opt-InOpt-out
- Go to the “Students” tab
- Click on “E-Forms” in the left panel
- Click on “Opt Out of Automated Course materials”
- Read the information, and check the box at the bottom indicating you want to opt out
- You will receive an email confirmation that is valid until you opt back in to the program
Opt-in
Students who have opted-out of automated delivery and wish to opt-in again:
- Send an email to Slingshot Customer Support at madonna@slingshotedu.com from your Madonna email account verifying specifically that you want to opt back in.
REGISTER MY VEHICLE
- Go to “Home” tab
- Scroll down to “Announcements”
- Click on “Student Parking Registration Form”
- Your log in is your email before the @ and your password is your email password.
- Click on “Apply for Permit” and choose the permit you need, i.e. commuter or residential
- Follow the prompts to the “Permit Application screen”
- Fill out all needed information
- Your permit may be picked up at Student Accounts in Rm. 2005 of the Admin. Bldg.
Students Without a Vehicle
- 1. Go to “Home” tab
- Scroll down to “Announcements”
- Click on “Student Parking Registration Form”
- Your log in is your email before the @ and your password is your email password.
- Click on “Apply for Permit” and choose the permit you need, student – no vehicle
- Follow the prompts to the “Permit Application screen”
- In the form’s required vehicle information fields, simply enter 2019 for the vehicle year, Michigan for the state, and NOVEHICLE (no space) for all other fields, then click continue. You must complete this process to avoid being charged for a permit.
TRACK MY MEALS / FIND CURRENT MEAL PLAN INFORMATION
- Go to “Students” tab
- Scroll down to “MY Meal Plan” or find it in the left panel under “Main Page”
- Click on the box – a new box will pop up
- You have 3 minutes to click on the Green box that pops up to see your up-to-date information.
